Hello, my name is Nelson Troyer. I grew up on Amish so I was always around horses. At the age of 15 I started training horses professionally to ride and drive at my brothers ranch. About a year later I got introduced to John Lyons and my training method changed dramatically, from the old cowboy way to actually getting the horse to communicate with me, or rather me communicating with the horse.      Finally, staying on the same level your horse is on not running ahead or lagging behind, but always the leader. And that is CONNECTION.
Through experience I have learned this philosophy works with every equine. (horse, mule, donkey)
